Chris Lee is the founder of Kinesis Integrated and former athletic performance director and strength coach for Adidas Pro team: Tinman Elite. He was the former head of Strength & Conditioning for AxGen Sports Genetics. Chris is published in multiple publications such as Runner’s World, Bicycling Magazine, Triathlete Magazine and more. He has also served as a consultant for Whoop, Supersapiens, Adidas and other companies. 

A former professional triathlete and collegiate swimmer, Chris Lee has helped world class athletes, Olympians and pro teams like Tinman Elite reach new heights. Chris has combined his extensive knowledge bases into a synergistic equation we call the ECOSYSTM. The approach applies of all aspects of our endurance training, factoring in key performance variables.
